<h3>Leah</h3>"Salisha came to work with me when my boys were 4 days old and just home from the hospital. As a first time single Mommy to twins, I was of course, very nervous (and somewhat clueless) about caring for newborn twins. Salisha, who has over 19 years of experience working with multiples, hit the ground running the night she got there and immediately got the boys onto a regular feeding and sleeping schedule. (Both boys have been sleeping thru the night since 3 months old thanks to Salisha!)

I learned so much from her about how to take care of my babies. I still feel more and more confident each day due to her experience, and encouraging loving words.

If you have this woman come into your and your children’s lives, you will all be completely blessed, she is a gem!"

Miracle Worker

Feb 27, 2016 by Hannah Peck

Salisha spent six nights with us sleep training our 15-week-old, utterly sleepless daughter. She broke her of all of her bad habits that were causing her to wake several times a night and had her sleeping at record lengths by the third night. Our baby was very set in her ways by the time Salisha arrived. What I wouldn't give to have found her sooner! But she was up to the challenge of training a pretty tough cookie and remained calm, cheerful, confident and loving...all things I was desperate to be if I could only get some sleep. She took care of our whole family, leaving us rested and with a skill set to stay the course. And she remains close via text for all the extra support we could ever need. Any family who hires her is making one of the best investments in your child/ marriage/ personal sanity that money can buy. We can't wait to work with her again, this time from the start!

Incredibly Gifted Baby Nurse

Jun 25, 2015 by Patrick Miller

Salisha was with us since our twins were 3 days old and she has been a miracle worker. Among her most amazing accomplishments: she got them sleeping through the night by 9 weeks, she got them (and us) on a regular daily schedule, and she got them to eat and put on weight at a remarkable pace.

As two first-time daddies of twins, we knew that we were going to be in over our heads even before our kids arrived. Salisha came in and saved us. She taught us everything from changing diapers to preparing bottles to bathing our newborns. I would highly recommend her services to anyone expecting twins as she has over twenty years of experience and specializes in multiples.

Best in the business

Salisha is not only an amazing baby nurse but a warm, loving, and thoughtful person.

Our twins were born prematurely and spent 3 weeks in the NICU. She came to us the day they came home from the hospital. They were both over 5 pounds when they came home, but they still needed extra special care and attention. Salisha’s experience and “take charge” nature immediately put us at ease when caring for our preemies.

Salisha is very disciplined about having a proper feeding and sleeping schedule, which is crucial for twins. She helped us develop a schedule that worked for us and was easy to maintain. Both of our babies have gained weight so well that even our pediatrician was amazed. They were also sleeping through the night before they reached 12 weeks old, which was a huge accomplishment, especially considering they were preemies. They are truly thriving in every way, and we have Salisha to thank for it.

The education we received from Salisha was the best investment we could have made. I can’t imagine how we would have done it without her help and guidance. We had no idea what we were doing, and she was able to teach us and build our confidence as parents. She is incredibly experienced, resourceful, and knows all of the answers to all of your questions. I still ask her questions when I’m not sure what to do. She does not force her way upon you, but we know from experience that her way is generally best! She taught us everything we know about how to raise babies, and we are grateful.

Salisha is incredibly trustworthy, reliable and brilliant with babies. We wish she could have stayed with us forever! She became part of our family, and we miss her very much. We continue to stay in touch and plan to have her back to care for our next baby! Many new parents are stressed and over tired, but thanks to Salisha, we have been able to simply enjoy every day with our little ones. We would highly recommend her to anyone expecting a baby or multiple babies or for help with sleep training. She is a true professional.

Baby Whisperer

Salisha has the magic touch! She cared for out twins with genuine love, and ushered them into this world as two very happy babies!

For a new mother with no prior experience, her breadth of knowledge was indispensable. She taught me all the basics on infant care and showed me how to maintain a feeding/napping schedule. She also proved to be an excellent resource for questions concerning breastfeeding, pumping, etc.

Salisha is kind and supportive and has a great sense of humor too! She continues to make herself available to us, day or night, to offer advice if we need help. She’s a true professional.

If you are expecting a baby (or two), I would highly recommend her services.

The World's Best Baby Nurse

Jun 18, 2014 by Kayla

Salisha Shah is the world’s best baby nurse. Not only did she get my babies on a wonderful schedule to keep me sane as a new mom, she taught me everything from A to Z about how to handle them, bathe them, burp them, get them on a schedule … I mean everything. Surely my husband and I would not have survived nor be in as good of a place as a married couple and new parents had we not had Salisha with us for two months. Her services are the very best investment I have made besides being a homeowner; having a schedule is everything with twins. I am a creative lateral thinker, not a logical organized person naturally; I had to learn how to rewire my mind and do things in advanced for the sake of the family and the babies. Now I have two happy, healthy, thriving babies, who are just short of three months old and sleeping through the night. This is because of Salisha. I have so much to say about Salisha I cannot fit it all on this page, so please feel free to call me to discuss. She is professional, smart, caring, loving and blends into the family. Not to mention she genuinely loves the babies. She is like Mother Goose, and has many babies who have been lucky enough to call her that. We now call her Auntie Lisha for a reason.

Magic Touch

Apr 13, 2014 by Christina Seeley

Our family was lucky to have Salisha help take care of our baby girl the first day home from the hospital. Although she only stayed with us for a week, we gained a wealth of knowledge from her and we still continue to keep in touch today.

Salisha has a beautiful, nurturing nature and my whole family...including my three year old son felt an instant connection with her. From the moment she arrived, she made subtle adjustments that made our daughter more comfortable and gave us valuable guidance that helped get her on a regular feeding/sleeping schedule. Her presence was never intrusive and I could always count on her to make sure my baby was well fed and taken care of during the night. In just two days, my daughter regained and surpassed her birth weight to the amazement of my pediatrician thanks to Salisha!

As a second time parent, I thought having a baby nurse would allow us to get a little extra rest. What I got from Salisha was much more than that. Her years of experience and "magic touch" put me and the baby immediately at ease. The new routine she helped implement allowed me to give much needed attention to my son and I learned so many things I didn't know that would help me understand and soothe my daughter. I will forever be grateful for my time with Salisha and would whole heartedly recommend her to any family.

Sleeping guru

Salisha helped us at night to help my daughter sleep thru the night without using the CIO method. She also gave us a schedule to follow during the day even though she only worked nights and checked in on us daily. She is gentle, kind and very trustworthy. I highly recommend her and plan to have her back when we have our 2nd.

The Best

Salisha is truly excellent for the following reasons:

1) Extremely experienced: she has handled babies for over 20 years,
and in this time has acquired a tremendous amount of knowledge. I'm a
fourth-time mom, and even so, she has taught me a ton about my twins. She surprises me with the amount she knows about babies, baby care methodology, baby products, etc. She knew which baby clothing detergent would suds up more than others, and was able to tell me how much my babies would gain based on being fed 2 ounces every 3 hours for a week - almost to the ounce. She just kind of knows everything!

2) Very detailed: she has a handle on every detail and doesn't miss a
thing. She always has everything prepared in advance for feedings and
bottle-top offs, and has the laundry done in advance, and plans out
what burp cloths, blankets, bottles, gripe water etc. she is going to
use. She is very methodological and never misses a thing. This is
very useful when nobody is getting any sleep....!

3) She never wastes a drop of breast milk and is very supportive of
breastfeeding. When their bottle has pumped milk in it, she never lets
them waste a drop - she waits as long as it takes until every bit is

4) She is pleasant and unobtrusive to have around. We have enjoyed
having her around and she has a knack for blending into the family
without making us feel like we have a guest or visitor. She doesn't
demand anything and is very easygoing.

5) Salisha is certified in CPR, Baby Massage, Pediatric First Aid, and
Pediatric Advanced Care. Another big plus is that she has her own
liability insurance. She is a real pro!

Knowledgable and reliable

Salisha worked with me and my twin boys. She is extremely reliable. She is very eager to teach, and has many tips that she is willing to share. Her fund of knowledge is impressive. She is also very communicative. We also benefitted from her extensive network of colleagues (baby nurses, nannies) who also have twin experience.

Absolutely Amazing

Salisha is a fantastic baby nurse. She is warm and caring and very good at what she does. She came to us when my 5th child was 1 week old. She did an exceptional job with his post circumcision care. She was helpful with my older children as well. She stayed for 4 weeks and was truly part of the family. There will always be a special place in our hearts for her!

:: Babies First Year :: , USA 5.0 5.0 24 24 I will start by saying hiring a baby nurse was something my husband always wanted to do and I was the one who pushed back aggressively. Practically all of my friends and family ha
